I purchased the sleep time set for my eldest Grandson who came to live with me two years ago when I lost my husband. My Grandson gets very stressed out over various things in his life and never gets a proper rest. He loves a bath and soaks in this every night and then uses the body lotion and pillow spray.
I would highly recommend these to try, they certainly have helped with his relaxation and sleep.
I love this Propolis Gel. It's so soothing, moisturising and calms my sensitive skin if it flares up.
I was running really low on it, and hardly using what I had left, and as it is winter, my skin is quite dry and sensitive. I realise now that I can't run out of this gel again.

This product is perfect for what it says about it that does from its smell. I’m in a perimenopause phase and needed fragrance to stop the smell dispersing. The lotus flower is a lovely smell with lots of sprays helped even after smelling myself just a little than just too much ! Well recommended!
