Step One - I.C.E Gel is particularly beneficial when used straight after strenuous activity

Step Two - Apply directly to targeted areas of fatigue and massage using circular motions

Key Ingredients

Standard 100ml-1000ml bottles:

Minimum 30% PCR packaging. All bottles and disc caps are recyclable. Wash first, leave disc cap on, no need to remove label. Please check your local recycling. Dispose of pump or chrome disc caps separately.
