Do you deliver worldwide?
Unfortunately we currently only ship to the UK.
How much is delivery?
UK Delivery (excl. Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey) - £3.95 delivery charge for orders under £30. Enjoy FREE Standard Delivery when you spend over £30.
Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey Delivery - £24 Flat rate delivery charge.
Can I have my order delivered to multiple addresses?
We can only deliver to one delivery address per order.
Can my order be delivered to an address that is not my billing address?
Yes, we can deliver your order to an address that is not your billing address.
When will my order arrive?
For mainland UK orders, goods should normally be received within 4-5 working days from the date of despatch.
What do I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item in my order?
If your goods are damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong product please contact us within 3 working days of receipt of your order.
What is your Returns Policy?
We offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you have purchased an item within the last 14 days and for whatever reason you are not happy with it, please contact us. Full details are in our Returns Policy
Why hasn’t my return been completed yet?
We will credit the price of the cancelled products once we have received and checked that they are in a re-saleable condition.

Do you refund delivery charges if I return something?
We will refund the purchase price but not any delivery costs incurred by us in sending the order to you or incurred by you in returning the goods to us.
Why is my tracking number not working?
The tracking number generated for your order is for our customer care team to use on our internal system. If you have a problem with your order please get in contact.
