Massage a small amount in a circular motion onto localised areas of concern, such as thighs, hips or stomach. It is normal to experience an increase in skin temperature for a short time. For best results apply twice daily. Wash hands thoroughly after use

All white and frosted bottles are recyclable. Please check with your local recycling, and do not recycle if they require to be washed.
